Dear Head Delegates and Independent Delegates,
Thank you for registering for VICS XXXI! Once you have completed this form, an invoice will be sent immediately. Your delegation's registration will only be complete once this invoice is paid. The fees and dates are as follows:
Early Registration
Until December 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM$75 per delegation
$90 per delegate
Regular Registration
From December 2, 2026 to January 18, 2027 at 11:59 PM$85 per delegation
$105 per delegate
Late Registration
From January 19, 2027 to February 18, 2027 at 11:59 PM$95 per delegation
$115 per delegate
Payment is due on January 18, 2027 for early registration and February 18, 2027 for regular and late registration. Delegation fees are nonrefundable. Individual delegate fees are refundable until January 18, 2027. Please fill out this form at your earliest convenience to guarantee a spot at VICS. You will have the opportunity to submit committee preferences once the committee list is finalized.
