VICS 30 Registration
Dear Head Delegates and Independent Delegates,
Thank you for registering for VICS 30! Once you have completed this form, an invoice will be sent immediately. Your delegation's registration will only be complete once this invoice is paid. The fees and dates are as follows:
Early Registration
Until December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM$75 per delegation
$90 per delegate
Regular Registration
From December 2, 2025 to January 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM$85 per delegation
$105 per delegate
Late Registration
From January 20, 2026 to February 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM$95 per delegation
$115 per delegate
Payment is due on January 19, 2026 for early registration and February 16, 2026 for regular and late registration. Delegation fees are nonrefundable. Individual delegate fees are refundable until January 19, 2026. Please fill out this form at your earliest convenience to guarantee a spot at VICS. You will have the opportunity to submit committee preferences once the committee list is finalized.
